I am delighted to tell you that Viking Cooking School has asked me to teach wine classes there this fall. I have cooked up (ahem!) four classes to start with in October:
Wine 101 – Thursday, Oct. 1, 6:30-8:30, $35 – This class will teach you about different wine varieties, styles, and regions.
How to Buy Wine Without Breaking the Bank – Thursday, Oct. 8, 6:30-8:30, $35 – If only I had a dollar for evertime someone has asked me how to tell the good from the bad…in this class we will teach you how to find those hidden gems to stretch your wine dollar.
Entertaining with Wine – Thursday, Oct. 22, 6:30-8:30, $45 – Entertaining at home is all the rage today! We will teach you how to pair wine and food, at what temperature to serve your wine, the best glassware to use, and how to plan a wine party.
Wine for Carnivores – Thursday, Nov. 5, 6:30-8:30, $45 – This class is all about what to drink when there is meat on the grill!
