It’s always good to get out of town occasionally.  Last weekend, I had the chance to travel back to Clarksdale, a place I always enjoy visiting, for a good cause.  Roccia Fuori was a food and wine extravaganza, a benefit for the Craig Noone Scholarship and was highlighted by some of the best chefs one could find anywhere.  Oh, and the sommelier was pretty good, too.
