1 ½ ounces El Jimador blanco tequila

¾ ounce Canton ginger liqueur

½ ounce pineapple juice

½ ounce agave nectar

½ ounce lime juice

Chipotle powder (Availabe at the Colony Crossing Kroger)

Coarse salt

For rimming glass:  Combine two tablespoons of coarse salt and two pinches of chipotle powder on a saucer for rimming the glass.  Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge to adhere the chipotle.

On the rocks:  Combine all the above ingredients in a glass and stir to dissolve the agave nectar (won’t take long).  Add ice, garnish with lime wedge and stir.

Up:  Pour the ingredients in a shaker without ice and stir, then add ice, shake and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with lime wedge.
